Hi!
My name is Anton and I'm from Finland, 22 years old gamer that has been playing Wow all the way from vanilla times, also been playing CS, CSS, CS:GO, BF, Cod and played Vietcong professionally for about a year with the "world cup" win with finnish national team being the highlight.
Have served my mandatory time in the army (9 months, coastal rangers - Medic
) and now I'm working as an accountant.
Past raiding experience:
Vanilla (Holy Priest)- MC 40 man (server 3rd first I think (Zenedar))
BWL - 40 man
AQ 20 man /40 man and naxx was tested a couple of times but really stopped raiding at that time due to work.
TBC - Shadow priest:
-All the way up to Tempest keep where I did a couple of tries and then gave up wow all together for a while.
WOTLK - Holy/Disc priest:
All cleared except Lich king
Catcalysm:
No raiding done due to giving up the game as I thought the expansion sucked.
MOP:
Done one raidfinder.
Addons you use for raiding & in general):
Healbot if I'm healing, Recount. Deadly boss mods. Adding more as I think of things I need, most defenatly CD tracker is needed
Are you able to use voice chat? (Ventrilo)
Can use Ventrilo as soon as I get the right version, speaking shouldn't be a problem as I have a headset with microfone and usually replace my headset if the mic breaks
Describe the kind of player you think you are (in a raid context).
I'm always trying to improve and I'm usually ready and at the place around 30 mins before raid and so on, I very seldom forget potions and the things that are necessary but usually notice it even before the raid starts.
I always read up on the bosses before the raids and usually only make one mistake if i make one (usually because I dont understand how everything looks) and then I know the system to do the encounter
Motivation for joining:
I'm looking to start raiding more "hardcore" than I have before as I have started playing Wow more actively than before and at the moment I'm in a guild with a couple of real life friends. Went to the Wow forums and found your page there so I thought that this guild would be a good place to start applying.
Extra:
I might not be the best DPS as it is at the moment but I am improving all the time and as my gear gets better I know my skills will be better so I will need a little patience.
I'm also willing to go healer as soon as I get a little better gear for the holy spec.
I also have no enchants on at the moment because I havent been raiding and my gear changes all the time so I have been saving my money and will of course enchant my gear to make it as optimal as possible.
